You will learn how to grow your energy levels and maintain them so you continue to feel vibrant . This course is in three modules, a total of 9 videos approximately 2.5 hours, along with tasks, and a 1.5 hour zoom check in.
The monthly zoom sessions are available as a drop in basis for any one that has taken the Energy Workshop that I have presented live or through the webinar. Participants get me live for 1.5 hours the first Tuesday of any month for Q&A. This is a super opportunity that I wished I would have had when I learned about taking care of my energy.
