I have felt anxiety as depression, panic attacks, procrastination, headaches, exhaustion and nausea.
With practice and awareness I thrive and live my dreams. It's my passion to share resources and
understanding so we can manage anxiety and be happy.
Anxiety Warrior Volume One came from seeing so many people in my private practice looking for strategies to lower anxiety. After many public talks, the need to make these strategies accessible became evident.
Anxiety Warrior Volume Two has delved deeper into more resources, and shares heart-felt, heroic stories of people like us. The two volumes together make a complete resource for managing and lowering anxiety. Each has a rich uniqueness in its offering.

As I was about to launch and celebrate “Anxiety Warrior” and The Anxiety Warrior Project: a learning symposium of celebrating life and lowering anxiety, I realized how many more community resources are available to us.
I realized how we relate to each others’ stories. How we connect and feel hope.
Here in this edition are chapters on the benefits of teas, essential oils, yoga, Chinese medicine, nature, financial planning, expressive arts, music therapy, breathwork, nutritional health, and mental challenges, all by people passionate about their work and life. Also included are personal stories about overcoming challenging life situations, contributed by people I consider heroes for what they’ve accomplished. All the contributors are Chikara warriors. “Chikara” is a Japanese word meaning power and strength, and suggests discipline and honour.
